Dennis Lovely has got to be one of the best systems technicians I’ve seen. He just finished our AC annual checkup and did a fabulous and professional job. He left no element untouched, examined, cleaned, meter checked and installed properly and cleaning all along. His attention to detail- taking all the numbers down, completeness and thorough approach is most commendable. And, all the while humming while he works – someone that loves his job and the professionalism he brings to it. My highest appreciation for his continued and complete dedication to Smith & Keene.
My husband and I recently purchased an AC/heating unit from your company. Everyone we spoke with at Smith & Keene was highly professional and efficient. However, one person that truly has gone above and beyond to answer all of my “many” questions and provide information is Erin Cole. She truly is a professional and has made this entire experience very rewarding. Every time I have emailed or spoken to her, she has responded pleasantly and quickly with the information. Today, I emailed her to ask for the correct serial number to use to get the extended warranty started online. When she emailed me back, attached was a copy of the extended warranty that “she” completely filled out! It’s not often people go that extra mile anymore to assist customers. I will definitely use your company again when we replace the second unit in our home because of people like Erin.

First we greatly appreciated the complete replacement of the entire unit under the existence of the current warranty. Second we were very impressed with your service tech – Frankie Fain. He completed the entire job in a timely manner – was very knowledge in the installation – and did not leave until he was completely satisfied that the new unit was functioning perfectly. Also he has a great customer service outlook – it is a pleasure to deal with him. Great member of your team.

We were very pleased with the crew (Ricky, Brian, Jason, & Gabe) that worked on the installation of the Kohler generator. They were very professional and hard workers. They were very knowledgeable on electrical requirements & gas requirements. They were on time and worked very hard for a full day. No one was ever standing and not working. Your workers are super and great.

On behalf of Discovery Church we want to thank you for your kindness and generosity in providing and installing the 2 Mitsubishi mini-split heating/AC systems in our Fellowship Hall. Because of your pricing the church was able to obtain these first class systems much sooner than anticipated and they have already enhanced our church's ministry and fellowship.

I first encountered your company a few years ago when Mechanical Services Company tried to charge me $270 for a single pole contact switch for my Trane gas pack. In addition there were to be additional charges for labor and a service call. I called around and found that your company had the switch and I believe the cost was about $30. I installed the switch myself.
I called your company again in August and requested a sales person because I wanted a Mitsubishi split system on my sun porch. Chuck Liebold arrived on time and I found him to be pleasant, cooperative and understanding. I had researched the Mitsubishi system and was aware of its quality and capabilities. We had a long conversation concerning the installation and he answered all of my questions. AT the time his estimate was the first of five that I eventually received. Due to the cost and other factors I decided to wait and install the system at a later date. I called Mr. Liebold again on June 2, 2016. He again arrived on time and we signed a contract to have the units installed. Mr. Liebold is an excellent representative for your company. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that needs your services.
After a short vacation I called and spoke to Keith Doxey regarding an installation date. On July 11, Ryan and Adam arrived to do the installation. They were on time, neat, clean and well spoken. I discussed with them my concerns and wishes concerning the installation. We were in agreement on everything. I think the notes that Chuck made were conveyed exactly to the installers. I had opened the crawl space door, placed a cooler with water in the work area and offered my rest rooms for their use if needed. I would also like to mention Rick that helped with the installation. He assisted with the drilling through the concrete and electrical. All of your installers were all business and completed the job on time and to my satisfaction. They are excellent representatives for your company and you are fortunate to have them working for you.
The units are working fine and doing exactly as I had anticipated.
I will recommend your company to anyone that may need any of your services mainly because of the cooperation from beginning to end, product, price, and quality of service.

The guys were all very nice, the little problem with the water pressure with the new water heater was taken care of and when one of the guys had to make holes in the ceiling/wall, they got back out here with the sheet rock. Your kindness to help us with the water heater helped me rest easier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
After making initial appointment, had a death in the family and the customer service department was extremely accommodating on reschedule. Dennis was extremely professional, if available, want him on all future calls.
We are writing to convey our appreciation for your employee, Nick. Nick serviced our heat pump on Nov. 16. He was friendly and informative. We have had ongoing issues with our heat pump. Nick carefully explained our options to repair it. We were impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness.
Monday night the furnace in the bedroom wing stopped working. I called Tuesday and Lisa had James, the service tech here that afternoon. He determined that the ignitor box had failed. Since you installed this Trane about 1992/93, S&K had to order the part overnight. It arrived the next day, Wednesday, and James had the furnace going before 2 p.m. This was great service. I want to commend Lisa and James and thank them and you for this very prompt and knowledgeable work… Of course this had to happen on the two coldest days in several years so you can imagine how happy we were to have such exceptional service.

I contacted your company on Thursday about a loss of heat issue. I was able to set up a service call for Friday. Frankie was the service tech to come out to my home. He listened to what was happening with the furnace and then quickly identified the problem and rectified the issue, a dirty flame sensor. He then tested the system and did a complete once over of all the heating components. He advised me that everything else looked good and then he told me about the yearly service agreement and how it could save me money over the year. I decided to go with the contract which saved me money right away. I appreciate Frankie’s expertise and his honesty. Your company should be happy to have Frankie on your staff. Frankie’s response to my issue has made me a Smith & Keene customer for my heating and AC systems. I also want to thank Teri in the service department for keeping me apprised of Frankie’s arrival times, there were some delays in his appointment time and Teri kept me abreast of the time changes. I’m a happy customer today, especially with the temperatures dropping this week. Thanks again and keep up the great work.
I have never had any contractors exceed my expectations- until now. The two man crew was the most thorough I have experienced. Each step of air duct cleaning, AC unit and dryer vent was all done to the highest standards. They went above and beyond- THANKS! Your company will be highly recommended!
