The Smith & Keene Signature Service Plan is available to homeowners whether they purchased their existing equipment from Smith & Keene or not. We are happy to maintenance your equipment the extent of its lifetime while offering the benefits of our Signature Plan.
Regularly Schedule Inspection
Our team of highly qualified technicians will develop a customized maintenance and inspection schedule based on the needs of your home’s existing heating and cooling system. This regular maintenance will ensure that your system is running efficiently and extend its life. Avoid untimely breakdowns of your system when you need it most by keeping it serviced by Smith & Keene all year-long.
Services Covered
HVAC Systems, Heat Pumps, Gas and Air Conditioning Systems, are all included in customized Smith & Keene Signature Service Plans. Discounts are extended to many areas of services including plumbing and electrical services.
Repair Discounts
As a Smith & Keene Signature Service Plan member you will receive a discount for any repair on your heating/cooling system, any electrical, plumbing repairs, and whole-house generators.
Extended Hours & No Overtime Charges
For your convenience our Signature Service Plan members will receive longer service hours and no overtime charges for any repairs that may be needed. Our team is available to Signature Service Plan members Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm.
Convenient Payment Options
We offer convenient payment options because we want to make sure your equipment is maintained properly at an affordable price. Financing is available with approved credit for higher repair costs, replacement of your HVAC system, new water heater, or any electrical, plumbing or heating/cooling items that we offer.
