Called to have my annual post maintenance performed on my Generac standby generator. The technician “Frankie” was very courteous, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about this generator. He was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing and things that I could do to help extend the life of this unit. He recommended things that I had never been told before since owning this unit and I was really impressed with this information.
